An AI agent that finds the fandoms that bring young blood donors.
Blood banks already team up with fandoms, but they pick partners by gut feel, and famous isn’t the same as young. FanDrive uses Qloo to find which fandoms young people in a city actually love, where those fans live and which venues nearby can host. Then it writes the campaign.

Take the plan away
Every plan ends with a dated campaign calendar, from the pitch email to a return drive 56 days later, as a calendar file, a venue spreadsheet and a printable brief.

Why it needs Qloo
An LLM knows who is famous. Only taste data says whose fans are young, who this city loves more than others, and where those fans live. Without Qloo, FanDrive would recommend famous names.

Safety, measured
- 4,673 venues Qloo has returned, checked by the app’s rules: 0 bars, kids’ venues, hospitals, hotels or casinos chosen to host (662 alcohol venues get flyers only).
- 24/24 red-team lines handled: invented numbers, fake endorsements and leaked instructions caught, safe lines left alone.
- 8/8 public names with a death, criminal case or major controversy held back by the AI fit check, with 0 false alarms.

FanDrive is an MCP server with three read-only tools.
claude mcp add --transport http fandrive https://fandrive-nu.vercel.app/api/mcpHonest limits
- FanDrive has not yet run a real drive, so it shows which fandoms skew young and local, not how many donors they bring. The best public evidence that fan-themed drives work: at the Metallica donation experience in Las Vegas, 61% of donors were first-timers, against 26–31% at a typical Red Cross drive (FOX5 Las Vegas, Oct 2026).
- Qloo data is strong in large cities and thinner elsewhere; every plan shows a data badge.
- “Local” is Qloo’s view of what young people there over-index on, not a hometown check (a “Born here” badge shows when Qloo’s birthplace matches).
- Qloo can’t tell who has died or is in the news, so a separate AI fit check holds back anyone who may have died, be under 18, or have a reported legal case or controversy (in testing it held back all 8 such names among 16, with no false alarms). If the AI can’t answer, the plan says no names were screened, and plans led by a person always remind organisers to check fit.
